Marianne is an event architect with extensive experience in managing conferences & courses, galas, fundraising and other special events. She is also a creative volunteer manager with  comprehensive experience developing recruitment, retention and recognition volunteer programs. Her career spans event management roles at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, volunteer management at CPA Canada, and her current role as Events Manager at the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Soma Su 
Sr. Event Success Manager. EventMobi


Soma is an event planner, producer and project manager with 20+ years experience in the corporate events industry. She started her career in Seattle, WA, as an event manager at software company RealNetworks, and has since worked at RadioCentral in San Francisco, IBM in Toronto, and at agencies including Acme Event Management, Engine Communication and Events, Debut Group and Black Box Communications. Before joining EventMobi, Soma was a customer, and now helps event profs using EventMobi deliver incredible event experiences.

Alex is an event planner, producer, and project manager with more than 10 years of experience in the events industry. Her career includes positions at Manulife/John Hancock, RBC, and over five years with Diversified Communications, where she managed multiple portfolios of corporate trade shows and conferences throughout North America. As an Event Success Manager at EventMobi, Alex works closely with event profs to help them deliver incredible event experiences using the EventMobi platform.

Lori D’Agostino is a seasoned event producer with over two decades of experience producing events for corporate, government, associations and professional clients. When it comes to event planning, Lori has a knack for seeing through the clutter and understanding what truly matters. She is adept at managing multiple moving pieces and moving the whole team forward with a calm demeanor that understates the true amount of work and passion she puts into every moment of every event.

Thorben is a seasoned event planner and marketer with more than a decade of experience in the industry including eight years spent as EventMobi Europe's GM. He now oversees the relationship between customers and products, as well as leading go-to-market strategy. Thorben is passionate about educating the next generation of event professionals and when he is not busy helping planners fix their event technology problems, lectures at Victoria University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.
